Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
When shipping out the products and costumes we make, we do our best to ensure they will make it to the buyer's location safely. All orders are shipped in containers that the item will be protected in.
Fursuit Orders
Fursuit orders or fursuit part orders will be shipped with the costume and/or parts wrapped in a bag to keep the costume from getting wet during travel or dirty if there happened to be a spill from a 3rd party. All fursuits or fursuit parts are shipped through one of the following shipping companies: USPS, FedEx, or UPS. The buyer will receive a notification in their email that their item has shipped through etsy. If the item is not through etsy shipping, then Knittin' Kitten Fashion will forward the tracking number of the package to the buyer.
3D Printed Items
3D printed orders will be wrapped in bubble wrap or shipped in a bubble wrapped envelope. We do our best to ensure your 3D printed items arrives in the shape it left our shop in. If you do have an issue with your item after shipping, please send us photos of the damaged box and item.
International Shipping
When an item is being shipped to an overseas country from the US, Knittin' Kitten Fashion is not responsible for the shipping costs or import taxes into the buyer's country. The buyer should calculate the shipping costs and total import taxes that will be owed before purchasing the item. Knittin' Kitten Fashion does not currently ship to the EU.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Knittin' Kitten Fashion, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item that was purchased came damaged or was lost in the mail.
Lost Package
If the item (sublimated eye mesh, stickers, 3D Print) is lost in the mail, Knittin' Kitten Fashion can offer a refund for the product or offer to resend the item.
Wrong Size Purchased
If the buyer purchased the incorrect size item (horns, claws, teeth, eye blanks, eye mesh) for their project, the buyer may ship the items back and Knittin' Kitten Fashion will replace with the correct size.
Lost Fursuit
If a fursuit is lost in the mail, Knittin' Kitten Fashion insures all packages for the worth of the fursuit inside. We will send you a refund for the lost item if it is deemed lost by the shipping company.
